Joel Segal Books is at 27 Fore Street (Topsham's
main street) a few yards towards the Quay from St. Margaret's Church.
Topsham is a fascinating small town on the east side of the Exe estuary, a few miles south of Exeter on the main Exmouth road (A3015). It can be accessed from M5 Junction 30 within minutes, and is easily reached from Exeter by the "T" (Exeter-Topsham) and 57 (Exmouth) bus routes. The Exeter-Exmouth train also stops at Topsham station.
